To make a claim

To make a claim, you should contact the claims team by phone on 0333 051 0468, or email [email protected].

You can also log a claim online at https://activitysure.claimsorted.com/submit-a-claim.

You will need your Policy Reference number and travel insurance information. You should also collect all possible documentation in relation to your claim which, depending on the nature of your claim, can include:

  • Receipts
  • Evidence of bookings
  • Evidence of cancellations
  • Doctor’s notes
  • Police reports
  • Invoices
  • Official letters


How do I check what I can claim for?

All of the information is in your Policy Wording. These documents are sent to you via email after purchase, and can be posted at your request.
